MaintainX is seeking a Solutions Architect for Integrations to bridge pre-sales and post-sales efforts. You will translate integration requirements into clear blueprints for the delivery team and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Legal to align on customer needs.

You will lead technical discovery with prospects, scope integration projects, and provide time estimates while building repeatable patterns for faster deals.

Competenze

• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth and modern integration patterns.
• Hands-on knowledge of APIs, data flows, and systems architecture across engineering and business stakeholders.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier or similar).
• Familiarity with ERP or EAM systems (SAP, Oracle, IBM Maximo, Infor, etc.).
• Ability to scope technical work and translate it into effort estimates.

Mansioni

• Partner with Account Executives in pre-sales to identify integration pain points.
• Lead technical discovery conversations about ERP, CMMS, EAM, and other systems.
• Produce integration scope docs, data-flow diagrams, and effort estimates for post-sales handoff.
• Build a library of repeatable integration patterns and reference architectures.
• Represent feasibility and complexity in deal reviews and pricing discussions.
