Job summary

OneArc seeks a mid-level Customer Solutions Engineer to design, architect, and present technically viable solutions for military, government, and industry customers. You will partner with executives and product teams to ensure architectures meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.

The role requires a broad understanding of defense and simulation domains, strong communication, and proven experience in proposals and technical writing to craft compelling, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, CS, Engineering) or equivalent practical work experience.
• Proven experience in operational or simulation technology, encompassing both hardware and software.
• Hands-on experience with customer requirements management and definition.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with industry and military clients to gather training and technical requirements and showcase OneArc products.
• Maintain deep understanding of OneArc’s products, services, and solutions; translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Facilitate clear technical and commercial communication between customer and internal teams; coordinate with Growth, Engineering, Proposals and Product Management.
