Job summary

Armor Defense Inc seeks a highly capable technical sales engineer to guide customers toward enhanced resilience and compliance using Armor’s private cloud and MDR solutions.

In this role, you’ll engage with sales prospects, current customers, and partners as a subject-matter expert, translating their security requirements into Armor-based architectures and roadmaps. You’ll help onboarding and ensure outcomes align with promises, while representing Armor at industry events and with customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Cloud or Security Sales Engineering or solution consulting.
• Strong cloud architecture and security implementation knowledge.
• Hands-on presales with MDR/managed security solutions and SOC concepts.
• Ability to translate security requirements into technical solutions and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with sales prospects, customers, and partners as a technical expert.
• Analyze customer needs and craft Armor-based solutions and plans.
• Support onboarding to ensure promised outcomes are achieved.
• Provide thought leadership and represent Armor at events and with partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations to drive outcomes.
