Job summary

OneArc is seeking a mid-level Customer Success Engineer to bridge customers with engineering, develop workflows, and prototype solutions using OneArc and third-party tools. You will guide projects from development through deployment and drive successful adoption post-delivery.

The role emphasizes technical SME leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strong customer relationships, with domestic and international travel required.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with military simulations and LVC environments.
• Hands-on experience with bug reporting and using Jira or similar tools.
• Active US Secret clearance or higher, or eligibility to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for customer needs by gathering requirements and aligning with product teams.
• Deliver on contractual requirements and customer-driven projects and demonstrations.
• Perform product demonstrations and reviews with input from account leads and PMs.
• Work with internal and external teams to resolve integration challenges.
• Provide on-site support at customer facilities, including travel.
• Train end-users on OneArc software and best practices.
• Diagnose and document technical issues for traceability in Jira.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable backlog items for development.
• Help QA develop acceptance tests to verify project success.
• Represent OneArc at industry exhibitions and trade shows.
