Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business-related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing or medical device field.
• Customer focused with sales and service acumen.
• Engineering background with ability to apply technical knowledge to solve customer and operational challenge.
• Ability to read and understand design drawings and specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across the organization.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business software.
• ERP experience: Oracle or JD Edwards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for customer needs across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate proposals, cost analyses, and market pricing evaluation.
• Manage quotation, contract review, and order entry processes.
• Support forecasting and Quarterly Business Reviews as required.
• Communicate product, market, and customer updates to drive improvements.
