Job summary

Viant Medical Inc. is seeking a customer service and supply chain specialist to oversee end-to-end order processing for molding and assembly operations, ensuring accurate POs, acknowledgements, and timely order status updates.

You will coordinate master production scheduling, collaborate with sourcing, logistics, and production teams, and help maintain on-time delivery while adhering to GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field.
• 2–3 years in supply chain, planning, or customer service.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Lean Certification preferred but not required.
• APICS Certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Time management and prioritization.
• Organizational and team-oriented work style.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMPs and SOPs to meet FDA/ISO/Viant standards.
• Act as secondary site customer service contact.
• Monitor and drive on-time delivery performance.
• Provide price and delivery information to process orders.
• Communicate order status to customers.
• Backup master production planning to support customer requirements.
• Prepare work orders and track part numbers/quantities.
• Support logistics and warehouse activities as needed.
• Enter requisitions and assign POs for sourcing.
• Place POs for MRO items and review requisitions for accuracy and approvals.
• Prepare reports and metrics for CS and sourcing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
