Job summary

quantilope seeks a Customer Solutions Consultant to help our clients fully utilize the Agile Insights Platform, onboard stakeholders, and drive adoption of new features. You’ll work with the Client Development team to ensure successful outcomes and answer research needs with the software they own.

Ideal candidates have market research or SaaS client-facing experience, hands-on survey design, and knowledge of methods like Conjoint, MaxDiff, and TURF.

Qualifications

• Experience in market research, consumer insights, or a client-facing role at a research SaaS company.
• Hands-on survey design and analysis experience.
• Knowledge of quantitative methods (Conjoint, MaxDiff, TURF, segmentation) and familiarity with brand tracking.

Responsibilities

• Drive Product Adoption: Ensure clients run and utilize their purchased solutions and proactively resolve adoption bottlenecks.
• Enable Features & Releases: Bring subscription-included features to accounts, including quinn Search, heat maps, DIQ, Email Invite Module, Typing Tools, and API connections.
• Onboard Stakeholders: Guide new client leads and team members from Academy training to independently building and running studies.
• Track Account Health & Usage: Monitor usage metrics to ensure platform consumption and intervene before renewal risk.
• Manage Pre- to Post-Sale Handovers: Join late-stage sales cycles for seamless transitions.
• Voice of Customer to Product: Provide adoption feedback and track feature uptake and barriers.
• Identify Expansion Handoffs: Recognize when clients need additional products and coordinate with pre-sales.
