quantilope seeks a Customer Solutions Consultant to help existing clients maximize value from the Agile Insights Platform. You’ll drive adoption, onboard stakeholders, and push new features across accounts, coordinating with Client Development to align commercial goals.

You’ll analyze usage, guide new users from scratch to active studies, and translate client needs into actionable insights, including methods like MaxDiff and TURF. US-based, aligned with US business hours.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in market research, consumer insights, or a client-facing role at a research SaaS company.
• Hands-on survey design and analysis experience.
• Knowledge of quantitative methods (Conjoint, MaxDiff, TURF, segmentation) and brand tracking.

• Drive product adoption and ensure clients utilize subscriptions.
• Enable features and releases across accounts, including advanced tools.
• Onboard new stakeholders and run client trainings.
• Track account health and usage to support renewals.
• Assist handovers from sales to post-sale teams.
• Provide adoption feedback to Product and track feature uptake.
• Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with pre-sales.
