Job summary

Molly Maid of Northwest Seattle - Holman Road is seeking a Customer Services Representative to be a key member of our team, handling service requests and customer inquiries on calls.

You will provide courteous support, manage scheduling, assist with marketing to grow business, and perform administrative duties while maintaining our standards of service.

Ideal candidates have admin experience, strong communication, bilingual Spanish/English, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years admin experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English written/verbal language skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule estimates & cleans.
• Perform marketing functions to sell additional work and earn business.
• Return customer calls, respond to customer complaints, and resolve breakage issues.
• Perform administrative functions including data entry, payment processing, and supply inventory.
• Assist with personnel management, including hiring and recruiting functions.
• Quality Control duties such as in-home inspections.
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.

As a Customer Services Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Molly Maid on support calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
