• Valid driver's license is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages in a friendly and professional manner.
• Schedule cleaning services and in-home estimates for new and existing customers.
• Perform in-home estimates, accurately assessing customer needs and service pricing.
• Conduct quality checks on completed cleanings to ensure company standards are met.
• Follow up with customers to address questions, feedback, or concerns.
• Coordinate schedules between customers and cleaning teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service notes in scheduling software.
• Assist with administrative tasks and office support.
• Help grow and retain customers by delivering exceptional service and solutions.

This role is essential to delivering an excellent customer experience—from first contact through service completion. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers and field teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages in a friendly and professional manner


• Schedule cleaning services and in-home estimates for new and existing customers


• Perform in-home estimates, accurately assessing customer needs and service pricing


• Conduct quality checks on completed cleanings to ensure company standards are met


• Follow up with customers to address questions, feedback, or concerns


• Coordinate schedules between customers and cleaning teams
