AIL is seeking a motivated remote-focused role to help members explore benefit programs and complete applications. You will meet with members via Zoom or phone, answer questions, and guide them through the process from start to finish.

You will deliver clear, professional information, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with a supportive remote team. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required, with coaching provided.

About the Role

In this position, you'll connect with members who have requested information about their available benefit programs. Through scheduled virtual appointments, you'll answer questions, review available options, and guide members through the process from start to finish.

There's no traditional cold calling. Your focus is on providing a professional experience and making the process as clear and straightforward as possible.

What We're Looking For

• Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Professional, reliable, and well-organized
• Comfortable using Zoom, email, online forms, and other basic digital tools
• Able to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
• Willing to learn and receptive to coaching
• Customer service, sales, or other people-focused experience is helpful, but not required
