Spade Recruiting is seeking a remote Client Support Associate to help individuals and families understand available benefit options. You will guide clients through steps, answer questions, and provide ongoing support to ensure confidence in their decisions.

You’ll operate in a fully remote role with flexible scheduling and ongoing training, plus opportunities for mentorship and leadership growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule.
• Comfort using Zoom, email and other digital tools.

Your Impact

In this role, you’ll work directly with individuals and families who need assistance understanding their available benefit options.

You’ll act as a trusted point of contact, helping clients navigate information, complete necessary steps, and feel confident throughout the process.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Meeting with clients virtually through scheduled appointments
• Explaining benefit programs and coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Responding to questions and providing ongoing client support
• Assisting with digital applications, updates, and documentation
• Maintaining accurate records and follow-up information
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Participating in coaching, training, and leadership development opportunities
