AIL is seeking a motivated remote advocate to help individuals and families learn about supplemental benefit programs and complete online applications. You’ll handle calls, schedule virtual appointments, and explain coverage options.

The role emphasizes clear communication, organization, and the ability to work independently within a supportive team. Prior customer service experience is a plus, and legal work authorization for the US or Canada is required.

In this position, you’ll work with individuals who have expressed interest in learning more about available benefit programs. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting clients with online applications, forms, and required documentation
