Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is hiring a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate in Richmond, VA. You will service walk-in customers, process sales transactions, and perform material handling duties including receiving, loading/unloading, and pulling/assembling customer orders while maintaining accurate inventory.

The role may involve daily use of forklift/crane equipment and cycle counts, with an emphasis on safety and organized workflow.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience competencies.
• Strong organization, math, time management, detail-oriented, and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Wait on customers and complete sales transactions, including payments.
• Process orders, enter customer orders, and manage stock replenishment.
• Perform warehouse duties: pull/assemble orders, inventory checks, and loading/unloading.
• Receive inbound shipments and maintain clean, safe facility.
• Produce daily sales reports.
