Job summary

Dal-Tile, the leading tile and natural stone manufacturer in the United States, seeks a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to support walk-in customers, process sales, and manage inventory. The role includes materials handling, order assembly, and daily cycle counts in a fast-paced Sales Service Center environment.

Responsibilities encompass assisting customers, processing payments, entering orders, and producing daily sales reports while operating forklift/crane equipment as required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 1+ years of customer service and warehouse experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and complete sales transactions.
• Perform warehouse duties including receiving, loading/unloading, and stock checks.
• Process customer orders and maintain accurate customer master files.
• Prepare sales slips, handle payments, and produce daily sales reports.
• Operate forklift or crane equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility in compliance with safety rules.
