Job summary

Dal-Tile, a Mohawk Industries subsidiary, is seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to join our Sales Service Center team in Kentwood.

You will service walk-in customers, process sales transactions, handle receiving and loading, pick/assemble orders, and perform inventory checks. Occasional forklift/crane operation is required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of customer service and warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

• Wait on customers and process sales transactions.
• Receive, unload and stock inbound material.
• Pull/assemble customer orders and perform cycle counts.
• Perform inventory checks and restock as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Operate forklift and crane as needed.
