Job summary

Dal-Tile, part of Mohawk Industries, seeks a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to support the Sales Service Center. You will assist walk-in customers, process sales, handle material receiving, loading/unloading, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires HS diploma and 1+ year of customer service and warehouse experience, with forklift familiarity. You will perform inventory checks, stock replenishment, and ensure safe, accurate transactions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate forklift and assist with material handling.
• Able to stand, lift up to 70 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Accurate order entry and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Serve walk-in customers and process sales transactions.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory checks.
• Pull/assemble customer orders and prepare shipments.
• Maintain clean and safe workspace in the SSC.
• Assist with money handling and payments processing.
