Job summary

Mohawk Industries is seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate for our Dal-Tile operations in Philadelphia. You will service walk-in customers, complete sales transactions, and handle material handling duties including receiving, loading/unloading, order assembly, and inventory checks.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of customer service and warehouse experience; crane forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service and warehouse experience.
• Crane forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Waiting on customers and assisting with order requirements.
• Answering inquiries, providing samples, and processing sales.
• Resolving customer complaints, returns, and order errors.
• Processing payments, receipts, bank deposits, and updating records.
• Entering orders, creating plant/RDC orders, and stock replenishment.
• Picking, packing, and stocking to fulfill orders.
• Operating crane forklift equipment and maintaining a clean, safe workplace.
