Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, invites applications for a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate in Richmond, VA. You will service walk-in customers, complete sales transactions, and perform material handling, including receiving and stock replenishment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the sales service center.
• Process sales transactions and assist with material handling.
• Receive, unload inbound material and stock replenishment.
• Perform order picking, packing, and loading for customer orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility.
• Conduct inventory checks and daily cycle counts.
