Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC in California is seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to join our Sales Service Center. You will service walk-in customers, process sales transactions, handle material in receiving, loading/unloading, order picking, and inventory checks.

Forklift operations may be required as part of daily duties. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of customer service and warehouse experience, plus forklift competencies.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience.
• Forklift Experience Competencies.

Responsibilities

• Wait on customers and complete sales transactions.
• Receive, unload, stock, and replenish materials; pick and assemble orders.
• Process payments, prepare reports, and maintain orderly records.
• Operate crane forklift equipment and assist in inventory checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility.
