Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp. in South San Francisco is seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to provide front-line support, process sales transactions, and assist with inventory and material handling.

You will service walk-in customers, enter orders, receive and load/unload materials, pull/assemble orders, and perform daily cycle counts while operating forklift and crane equipment. The role blends customer service with office tasks and warehouse duties in a team setting with a competitive benefits

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve walk-in customers and complete sales transactions as part of material handling.
• Process payments, receipts and office paperwork related to orders and inventory.
• Perform warehouse duties including pulling/assembling orders, stock checks, and loading/unloading.
• Operate crane/forklift equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
