Dal-Tile, the leading tile and natural stone manufacturer in the United States, is hiring a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate in California. You will service walk-in customers, process sales, handle materials, and perform stock replenishment, inventory checks, and order fulfillment using a forklift or crane when needed.

The role requires 1+ years in customer service and warehouse work, HS diploma, and safety-consciousness.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience.
• Forklift Experience.
• Organization, math, time management, computer skills, detail-oriented, customer service, safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Wait on customers and process sales transactions; assist with order requirements.
• Perform warehouse duties: pull/assemble orders, inventory checks, and stock replenishment.
• Receive and unload inbound material; operate forklift/crane as needed.
• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate records.
