Dal-Tile is seeking an exceptional Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to join our team in California. You will assist walk-in customers, process sales, and support material handling, order entry, and inventory tasks daily.

The role may involve forklift or crane operations, picking/packing, restocking, and daily cycle counts. A HS diploma and 1+ year of customer service and warehouse experience are required. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of customer service and warehouse experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good math and cash handling.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 30 lbs, and operate basic warehouse equipment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Safety-conscious with knowledge of safety procedures.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and order entry.

Responsibilities

• Service walk-in customers and complete sales transactions.
