Job summary

Mosquito & Pest Authority is seeking a Customer Service Representative to engage with customers, handle inquiries, and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities. The role emphasizes high-quality service and accurate data entry across phone, text, and email channels.

You will work to exceed weekly and monthly goals while maintaining top-notch customer relations and product knowledge in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate / GED.
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Explain product and service offerings to new customers (telephone, text & email)
• Proficiency with the all Microsoft Office platforms
• Assist in executing marketing initiatives (trade shows and special events)

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through up-selling and cross selling techniques as well as delivering exceptional customer service.
• Requires an intimate knowledge of the products or services being sold. Great communication skills and sales experience is required.
• Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Consistently meets or exceeds weekly and monthly goals by using sound telephone skills.
• Identifies opportunities to upsell.
• Handles inquiries with regard to product, pricing, customer relations, and complaints.
• Responsible for handling and resolving customer inquiries accurately and in a timely fashion.
