Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking a Customer Service Trainer in Kenosha. You’ll design and deliver training solutions to grow skills and ensure legendary customer service across North America.

You’ll partner with training teams at Corporate Headquarters and regional facilities to assess needs, craft engaging sessions, and foster a positive learning environment that drives performance and staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in adult learning, corporate training or related area, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with existing and emerging training methods and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct training sessions using a variety of techniques to support employee success and drive high performance.
• Evaluate Customer Service training needs and provide recommendations to improve processes and procedures.
• Serve as a liaison for training teams across Uline’s Corporate Headquarters and our regional facilities.
• Create a welcoming and positive learning environment that encourages employee growth and development.
