Job summary

Uline is seeking a Customer Service Trainer for its Corporate Kenosha Branch to design and deliver training that improves employee performance and service quality.

The role collaborates with headquarters and regional facilities, uses diverse training methods, and builds a positive learning environment for staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in adult learning, corporate training or related area, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with existing and emerging training methods and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
