Job summary

Uline is seeking a Customer Service Trainer in Kenosha, WI to design and deliver training programs that boost employee skills and support legendary customer service across North America. You will create learning solutions and foster a positive, high-performance environment for teams nationwide.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in adult learning or related field, hands-on experience with current training methods and tools, and strong communication, interpersonal and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in adult learning, corporate training or related area, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with existing and emerging training methods and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct training sessions using a variety of techniques to support employee success and drive high performance.
• Evaluate Customer Service training needs and provide recommendations to improve processes and procedures.
• Serve as a liaison for training teams across Uline’s Corporate Headquarters and our regional facilities.
• Create a welcoming and positive learning environment that encourages employee growth and development.
