Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America's leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking a Customer Service Trainer at the Kenosha branch to develop learning solutions that enhance employee skills and deliver legendary customer service across North America.

Design and conduct training sessions, evaluate needs, and liaise with corporate Headquarters and regional facilities to foster growth in a welcoming learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in adult learning, corporate training or related area.
• Experience with existing and emerging training methods and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct training sessions using a variety of techniques to support employee success and drive high performance.
• Evaluate Customer Service training needs and provide recommendations to improve processes and procedures.
• Serve as a liaison for training teams across Uline’s Corporate Headquarters and our regional facilities.
• Create a welcoming and positive learning environment that encourages employee growth and development.
