Job summary

Uline is seeking a Customer Service Trainer for the Kenosha location to design and deliver impactful training that elevates service levels across North America. You’ll partner with Corporate HQ and regional teams to assess needs and implement solutions that drive performance.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, strong communication, and leadership to foster growth and a culture of continuous improvement at Uline’s on-site facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in adult learning, corporate training or related area, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with existing and emerging training methods and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct training sessions using a variety of techniques to support employee success and drive high performance.
• Evaluate Customer Service training needs and provide recommendations to improve processes and procedures.
• Serve as a liaison for training teams across Uline’s Corporate Headquarters and our regional facilities.
• Create a welcoming and positive learning environment that encourages employee growth and development.
