Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company, is seeking a Customer Service Trainer at the Kenosha Branch to develop impactful learning solutions that support employee success and deliver legendary customer service across North America.

You will design and conduct training programs, assess needs, and collaborate with corporate and regional teams to foster a positive, growth-oriented learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in adult learning, corporate training or related area, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with existing and emerging training methods and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct training sessions to support employee success and drive high performance.
• Evaluate training needs and provide recommendations to improve processes and procedures.
• Serve as a liaison for training teams across Uline’s Corporate Headquarters and our regional facilities.
• Create a welcoming and positive learning environment that encourages employee growth and development.
