Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Proven human relations skills with patients, referral sources, and staff.
• Proficiency in Lincare applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support for all new Customer Service Representatives within a designated company area.
• Identify new CSR staff and schedule training sessions.
• Provide training for applications used by CSRs.
• Train CSRs on managing held sales processes.
• Train on creating, organizing, updating, and maintaining patient charts.
• Report a monthly training schedule to the region manager/regional VP.
• Coordinate special projects as assigned.
• Communicate policy changes and best practices to staff.
• Schedule ongoing training for existing employees as needed.
• Mediate and resolve conflicts to prevent escalation.
• Travel as needed to cover for CSRs on vacation/leave.
• Assist with training acquisition for CSR staff on systems.
• Help location management review applications of potential new hires.
• Solve problems independently with minimal supervision.
