Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping materials, is hiring a Customer Service Trainer in Wisconsin. You will design and conduct training sessions to boost employee success and ensure legendary customer service across North America.

The role partners with corporate and regional teams to assess needs, applies a range of training methods, and builds a welcoming learning environment. Requires a bachelor's in adult learning or corporate training, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft

Position Responsibilities

• Design and conduct training sessions using a variety of techniques to support employee success and drive high performance.
• Evaluate Customer Service training needs and provide recommendations to improve processes and procedures.
• Serve as a liaison for training teams across Ulines Corporate Headquarters and our regional facilities.
• Create a welcoming and positive learning environment that encourages employee growth and development.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree in adult learning, corporate training or related area, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with existing and emerging training methods and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
