Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey and Phi is seeking a Store Associate at the Brick, NJ location. The role involves processing transactions, handling money, and encouraging Round-Up donations while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.

You will be cross-trained as Donation-Utility Associate and Barcoder to support personal growth and store productivity. Regular attendance and flexible scheduling (including weekends) are required, with uniforms and professional appearance essential.

Responsibilities

• Process register transactions and handle money. Count a drawer and request Round-Up donations.
• Achieve 40% Round-Up transaction average monthly.
• Greet customers, keep store clean and organized, and assist at the register.
• Cross-train as Donation-Utility Associate and Barcoder for growth.
• Open/close procedures and stock shelves with merchandise.
• Maintain a neat sales floor and dressing rooms; set prices as directed.
• Use phones, paging systems, and make routine announcements.
