Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic and optimistic leader for the role of Customer Service Attendant Supervisor in Akron, OH. This full-time position covers Monday–Friday day shifts with occasional weekend work, and includes a company vehicle for travel to branches and accounts.

Responsibilities

Assist in training and development of team members.
Interview applicants for Customer Service Attendant positions to maintain staffing levels.
Review inventory and waste levels and make recommendations.
Prepare Inventory Report Card evaluations and discuss with team members.
Complete monthly inventory action plans for team members.
Generate management reports to ensure profitability at accounts.
Verify and sign off on timecards.
Visit accounts and meet with account representatives.
Lead and assist on projects from Operations/Branch Manager.
Move objects up to 40 pounds during training at accounts.
