AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic leader to become the Customer Service Attendant Supervisor. The role includes training and developing the team, interviewing applicants, and overseeing daily operations across accounts to maintain profitability.

You will review inventory, generate reports, and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries while maintaining safety standards and following labor guidelines. A strong focus on growth and a family culture is emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop team members.
• Interview applicants for Customer Service Attendant positions.
• Review inventory and waste; make recommendations.
• Prepare and review Inventory Report Card evaluations; discipline as needed.
• Complete monthly inventory action plans and generate reports for profitability.
• Verify and approve timecards; visit accounts and meet with account reps.
• Lead projects assigned by Operations/Branch Manager.
• Ensure safety protocols and PPE usage at accounts.
• Support a family culture with competitive compensation and benefits.
