Qualifications

• Recruits, trains and retains team members.
• Develops succession plans for team members.
• Operates accounts within labor guidelines.
• Addresses customer inquiries and complaints promptly.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the training and development of team members.
• Interviews applicants for Customer Service Attendant positions to maintain staffing levels.
• Reviews inventory and waste levels of accounts and makes recommendations.
• Generates reports for management to ensure profitability at accounts.
• Verifies and signs off on timecards.
• Leads projects assigned by the Operations/Branch Manager.
• Maintains inventory percentages, direct labor costs, and waste percentages.
• Supports accounts and travels to branches as needed.
