Job summary

AMT is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives on-site in Brecksville, OH. The role requires ensuring high service levels, coaching staff, and collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

Successful candidates will have an associate degree or higher, 3–5 years in CS with leadership experience, and strong communication and analytical skills. Experience with Dynamics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3–5 years in customer service with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven coaching ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train customer service reps.
• Oversee daily CS activities: calls, order entry, invoicing, emails.
• Prepare reports on team performance and service trends.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes; conduct annual performance reviews.
• Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and resolution-focused communication.
