Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues per SOPs.
• Monitor call data and staffing; adjust staffing based on trends and PBX data.
• Generate productivity reports and monitor agent performance.
• Supervise adherence to policies and standards; provide coaching.
