The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-of-store leader to drive outstanding customer service at our Austin location. You will supervise Associates, promote loyalty programs, and model exemplary service while ensuring a clean, organized store environment.

This role requires strong merchandising knowledge, the ability to multitask, and effective training of team members. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected to support store needs.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and ability to train associates.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversees a team of associates at front of store to ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Promotes loyalty programs and delivers a positive customer experience.
• Trains and mentors associates on front-end principles and duties.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store organization.
