Wawa, Inc. in Clinton County, Mill Hall area is hiring a Customer Service Supervisor to lead front-line teams, deliver great service, and help keep our store stocked and safe.

You will partner with store leaders to meet goals in sales, expenses and Associate development, while ensuring adherence to policies and technology tools. This role offers an hourly wage of $21.00–$28.30 with a $2 shift differential for midnight hours and a potential 4‑day work week, depending on staffing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays
• Supervisory experience in retail or food service is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries promptly
• Support and collaborate with leadership to achieve store goals in sales, expenses, and Associate retention and training
• Lead, motivate, and train Associates to drive sales and performance during shift
• Ensure consistent execution of customer service programs and store policies
• Manage cash processes, inventory, vendor check-ins, and store safety
