Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day customer service operations and ensure top-tier client support
  • Monitor and drive customer satisfaction metrics and service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Manage escalations, resolve client concerns, and collaborate with internal departments
  • Coach, support, and assist in training customer service team members
  • Interpret data and reports to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with appraisal-related regulations and industry best practices
  • Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and appraisal partners

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or operations management
  • Previous experience in the appraisal, mortgage, or real estate industry preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to lead or assist in managing a service-focused team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data interpretation skills
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms, CRMs, and productivity tools
