Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a Part-time Service Team Member at the Nampa store. You will assist customers, stock merchandise, and ensure an efficient checkout process. The role supports adoption of BOPIS and Ship From Store programs and requires readiness for varied shifts.

Work includes unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining in-stock conditions while upholding store standards and safety policies. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting as part of stock and checkout tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and help customers shop for products.
• Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers about rewards programs and enrollments; educate on VOC survey.
• Assist with stock, truck unload, replenishment, and planogram (POG) compliance.
• Support store safety, SOP compliance, and overall store recovery and cleanliness.
