Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a part-time Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service and a fast checkout experience. You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planograms to keep the store well-merchandised.

You will engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, enroll when appropriate, and support omni-channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move merchandise as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and provide fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Assist with truck unloading and merchandise duties to keep the store stocked and organized.
• Engage customers with information on Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them when appropriate.
• Support omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Maintain store recovery, planograms, and compliance with SOPs.
