Job summary

You will unload trucks, stock shelves, and participate in store recovery, POS operations, and omnichannel duties like Buy Online Pickup in Store. The role requires standing, lifting, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift/push heavy items when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; maintain planograms and store recovery.
• Engage customers about rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Support safety, shrink and SOP compliance.
