Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop in-store.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Support omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS).
• Engage customers on store programs and enrollments where applicable.
• Follow SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance and safety.
• Cross-train in framing selling and production as needed.
