Big Lots is seeking motivated individuals to support our Stores as we provide essential products at great values to the communities we serve.

As a Big Lots Customer Service Associate you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers, greeting customers, assisting them with selection of merchandise, completing transactions, and answering questions regarding the store and merchandise.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner.
• Maintains a clean, well-stocked store for customers.
• Unloads merchandise from delivery trucks and transports to sales floor.
• Stocks shelves and recovers merchandise in the store.
• Handles customer funds and processes transactions using the POS system.
• Maintains a safe and secure store environment.
• Performs other duties to support store operations.
