Customer Service Specialist - Work from Home

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle high volumes of inbound customer inquiries while providing exceptional service
- Assist customers with their orders, account questions, and problem-solving
- Promote additional products during customer interactions to drive sales
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor and work collaboratively with your team
- Maintain a distraction-free work-from-home environment to ensure productivity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in one of the approved counties in Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky
- Ability to manage a high-paced call volume and de-escalate situations effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with diverse customer styles and team members
- Capability to navigate multiple systems while assisting customers
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
