What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries and assist customers with their orders and accounts
- Personalize customer interactions while offering additional products during each call
- Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data
- Work under the guidance of a Customer Service Supervisor
- Maintain a distraction-free work-from-home environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to problem-solve and de-escalate unique situations while managing a high call volume
- Strong communication skills to interact with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
- Capability to navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
- Must follow Cornerstone Brands computer system requirements

- Experience in a customer service role within the retail or e-commerce industry
- Familiarity with virtual work environments and structured schedules
- Technical troubleshooting skills related to computer or software issues
- Ability to sit for long periods while working
