Culligan Water is seeking an individual experienced in customer relations. The Customer Service Representative works directly with customers to discuss orders, resolve problems, and meet related needs.

To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities include extensive problem-solving, order processing, scheduling service and delivery orders, coordinating with the operations team,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and helping to manage customer accounts.
• Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers.
• Schedule service and delivery orders.
• Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team.
• Contact customers for purposes of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
