Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Comfortable learning and using company software and customer management systems.
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Process customer orders, update account information, and accurately maintain customer records.
• Schedule service appointments and delivery routes while coordinating with the operations team.
• Assist customers with questions, product information, billing inquiries, and service requests.
• Build strong customer relationships by identifying needs and recommending additional products, services, or maintenance plans when appropriate.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests.
• Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless customer experience.
